HeyFam is an iPhone and iPad app for organising family life. It brings plans, work shifts, cover arrangements, to-dos, shopping lists and birthdays into one place, so you can see what's happening and who's taking care of it.
Do I need an account to get started?
You can prepare your family setup on your device without an account. To start planning, activate a household subscription and sign in with Apple, or join a family whose subscription already covers you.
Can grandparents and other helpers join?
Yes. The family owner can invite other adults and choose their access. Children can be added as family profiles without needing their own accounts.
Does everyone need a subscription?
No. One active household subscription covers your family. Invited adults in that household don't need separate subscriptions. The app shows the current plans and prices before you subscribe.
Which devices does it work on?
HeyFam is made for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.
How do I join a family I've been invited to?
Open HeyFam and choose Join family, then sign in with Apple and enter the invitation code you've received. Each code can be used once and expires after seven days.
